RBR’s Educational Outreach team’s purpose is to educate, empower and unite the community around food waste issues and provide circular solutions to the community. By building a more waste conscious generation in the city we can begin to restore the environmental damage of this region and build a more environmentally just and resilient city. We have been partnering up with any community, schools, library, block/gardening club, nonprofits churches, temples, community gardens and CDC’s to provide educational opportunities. Our Programs are tailored to the group needs and have been themed around  environmental workshops and lectures on Composting, Urban farming, soil remediation, soil food web ecology, botany and best waste management practices.
