Do I need a special bucket/ container?

No, simply collect your household food scraps in something that is easily cleaned and highly reusable. Think of a Tupperware container, a counter-top composter, or a five-gallon bucket. Store in a cool, dry place and once full, empty, rinse, and repeat!

Pro Tip: If you have room in your freezer, keep it there!
